Jose Fernandez (vs ATL) – Fernandez has been throwing at an elite level this season, especially at home. He has a 12-2 record with a 1.63 ERA and a 13.2 K/9 through 16 starts. He gets a great matchup against the Braves, who have one of the worst offenses in the MLB this season. Fernandez is always a great option because of his strikeout rate, but he’s also a -200 favorite in a game set at only 7 runs. He’s an elite pitching option in all leagues today.
Rich Hill (vs COL) – Hill has been dealing with a slew of injuries this season, but he has looked outstanding when he has been healthy. Through his first 19 starts, he has a 12-5 record with a 2.05 ERA and a 10.7 K/9. He has also been nearly unhittable in his few starts in Los Angeles this season. He gets a great matchup against the Rockies, who have struggled away from home this season. Hill is still available in 11% of leagues on Yahoo, and he’s another elite pitching option.

Eduardo Rodriguez (at TB) – Rodriguez has struggled quite a bit this season, but he has looked good over his last 10 games. Over that span, he has a 1-3 record with a 3.44 ERA and a 7.9 K/9. He has also been a significantly better pitcher on the road this season, and he will be throwing in one of the most pitcher friendly stadiums in the Majors today. He gets a great matchup against the Rays, who have struggled quite a bit offensively since the trade deadline. Rodriguez is a -123 favorite in a game set at 8 runs, and he is available in 67% of leagues on Yahoo. He’s a boom or bust streaming option today.
Dylan Bundy (vs ARI) – Bundy has had his ups and downs this season. He has a 9-6 record with a 4.13 ERA and an 8.5 K/9 through his first 35 games (13 starts). He has been a surprisingly better pitcher at home this season, and he gets a good matchup against the Diamondbacks today. Arizona has struggled on the road this season, and Bundy is a -205 favorite in a game set at 9.5 runs. He certainly comes with risk, but he’s available in 57% of leagues on Yahoo, and he’s a solid streaming option.
Robert Gsellman (vs PHI) – Gsellman has pitched in seven games for the Mets this season, but he has only started five of them. In those games, he has a 2-2 record with a 3.13 ERA and a 7.8 K/9. He gets a great matchup against the Phillies, and Gsellman will be throwing in a pitcher friendly stadium. He’s a -181 favorite in a game set at 8.5 runs, and Gsellman is available in 73% of leagues on Yahoo. He’s a fairly safe streaming option on this slate.
