We’ve got 2 of the best pitchers in the game throwing tonight and I for one couldn’t be more excited. Let’s get straight to the Forecast!
Yu Darvish – Darvish has quite the price tag but he’s totally worth it if you ask me. Especially against this Astros team that he gives absolute fits to. The ‘stros strike out at a 24% clip against RHP.
Chris Sale – Sale gets a Red Sox offense that’s STRUGGLING right now. Scotty Carroll & John Danks held this lineup in check, just imagine what Sale is going to do tonight.
Lance Lynn – Lynn has a good history against the Pirates. I think he helps St. Louis finish off the sweep tonight.
Salvador Perez – Sal has hit Alex Cobb to the tune of .444 in his career. Cobb’s a bit too shaky for me to stay away from.
Chris Davis – Okay, I picked Davis yesterday and the game was PPD so I’m gonna give this another shot today.
Brian Dozier – Dozier likes to swing for the fences. I mean he did just get named to participate in this year’s Home Run Derby. I think he shows off some of that power tonight.
Ryan Zimmerman – Zim is 4-11 against Bud Norris. I think he gets himself a couple of base hits tonight.
Sean Rodriguez – First off this is a value play. Secondly, Rodriguez’s OPS is something ridiculous over the past couple of weeks. Like 1.400 ridiculous. Go discover this hidden gem. Let it bring you lots of success.
Billy Hamilton – Hamilton’s a one man riot. He gets on base and he makes life miserable for the pitcher.Even if he gets on base only once, he’ll get you a copious amount of points from that trip.
Curtis Granderson – This is because Julio Teheran let me down last night. I think Grandy hits another lead-off homer.
