    How strongly do you guys recommend stanton #2 overall? I have the #2 pick and every year I manage to mess up my 1st round pick. It seems there really isn’t a clear cut #2.

      You’re right, there is no clear cut #2. My confidence in Stanton there is high, though. Many of his plate discipline stats have been slowly moving in the right direction the last few years and his K% reflects it. I’m not sure I need to even mention the power. There’s a case to be made at #2 for McCutchen’s consistency, but at this point Cutch is probably going to stay under the 25/20 (HR/SB) mark.

      I have Clayton Kershaw at #2 overall, but I don’t think you can go wrong picking from him McCutchen, Goldschmidt and Stanton.
